- We are ECSTATIC to announce the addition to this ministry work of TEN pastors: one pastor from a church in Buckeye, one in Glendale, one in Chandler, one in San Tan Valley, one in North Peoria, one in Avondale, one in Maryvale, one in Tempe, and two in northeast Mesa! Thank you for praying for Arizona pastors to respond to the call…so that we can have an evangelical pastor from each legislator’s district available to meet and minister to all 90 of our state legislators. God has answered and provided!
- During this quarter, two different legislators stepped off the floor during legislative session to briefly meet with the pastor from their district for prayer and encouragement from the Word. This makes us happy as it shows the priority of eternal things in their lives…but we also will want to always be careful to never be in the way of our leaders governing!
- For the second year in a row, the Speaker of the House of Representatives invited pastors and ministers in the Church Ambassador Network to come pray in his office at any time. This became especially important during the waning days of the 2026 legislative session. As session closed, several CAN pastors and ministers made the trek to the Capitol to pray for key decisions by the Legislature!
